Since our products are homemade, perishable, and food-based, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Return Policy on Food Products

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, opened, or used. This ensures safety, hygiene, and quality standards for all customers.


2. Replacement Policy (Damaged / Wrong Product)

We offer free replacement in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • You receive a wrong product instead of what you ordered

To request a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the damaged/wrong product along with your order details

Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be delivered

  • A valid replacement is not possible

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
